The Adventurers Guide to Exercise is a 24 page treasure trove of information that provides everything a bold hero needs to delve into the labyrinthine world of fitness. It uses the archetypal character classes of Fighter, Rogue, and Ranger to direct and organize exercise to meaningful and useful ends.
Each class has a focus that corresponds to common ttrpg abilities:
- Fighter: Strength
- Rogue: Dexterity
- Ranger: Constitution
Each class also has its own exercise program based on the ability focus, comprised of 2 resistance training exercise sessions.
In addition to the class-based exercise programs, the Adventurer's Guide to Exercise is chock-full of tips, tricks, and extra information about how to decode the mind-boggling puzzle of fitness and exercise.
**The Adventurer's Guide to Exercise is considered a Level 1 exercise campaign and is suitable for most beginning (or returning after a long leave) exercisers. If you have concerns about your health and exercise, please consult a physician.**
